It's a 2003 Rav4. There is a stupid metal bracket covering the plug closest to the drivers side. It looks like a lot of work to remove it and I don't know a whole lot about cars. Should I tackle this or pay someone to do it? Here is picture of the bracket:

Is there a work-around so I don't have to remove it?
That bracket holds the air cleaner on. Just remove the 2 10mm bolts holding it in place and it will flex up and out of the way. Be sure to read that little blue sticker telling you to use Iridium plugs.
IRS boosts 2012 basic tax deductions, exemptions (Biz Journal)
Taxpayers in Philadelphia and the rest of the country will see the basic
personal exemptions and standard deductions increase for the 2012 tax year to
cover some effects of inflation. The Internal Revenue Service said the new
standard deduction will be $11,900 for married couples filing a joint return,
up $300, while the rate for singles and married individuals is $5,950, up
$150. The head of household deduction increases by $200 to $8,700. Tax-bracket
