My diet and sleep patterns haven't changed. The only thing that has changed in the past five months is I stopped going to the gym due to being so fatigue.
Well I do agree it's never a bad idea to get yourself checked out, BUT try this first and save yourself some ($) b4 you burn holes in your wallet for med. expenses, if the problems persist by all means go to a qualified physician, but you might just being over doing the workouts bro. Your 20 and weight 110 lbs, if you didn't know it's far more easier for guys to bulk up who are heavier, but for me I have a Half n half physique, I have to rly, rly push myself to gain muscle girth but on a slow rate, BUT my body tones much faster.
Your number one mistake was over-doing it (maybe!) and then just immediately stopping. Everyone's different, but (and this has been proven, google if you doubt) work-outs helps generate energy, it gets more blood flow to the brain, and helps improve your mood, I HAVE PERSONALLY NOTICED THIS FIRST-HAND. if you just auto-stop with the workouts , your mood will start to falter.
I know it can be hard at first, but you keep it up and show some initiative and YOU WILL GAIN POSITIVE RESULTS, it's simply a matter of finding what workout suits best to your physique. Our minds are programmed to make us stop whatever activities that cause pain, all YOU have to do is have the will power to push forward and you will begin to notice results if done right, hope this helps man
