How many calories do you think this burned?

I know this isn't the most intense workout i've ever done but I was just wondering if it was worth while the burning calories...
I did..
3x5 turkish get ups
3x10 kettle ball suitecase lifts (35 pnds)
3x5 (each leg) sliding squats(3 pounds weights)
3x5 ring rows
3x15 jumpies and burpies
3x5 (each arm) DBL arm raises(10 pound weights)
TYR-3x5 YTW lifts
2x15 band arm presses
2 (15 second t stand holds)
3x5 slide arm to leg (with 8 pound weights)
*JSYK I'm a girl so don't bag on the weight ;)

Depends on your weight, could be around 50-75, but could also be around the 150-200 mark.
