How can I camouflage a bright stainless steel washer?
It's in the middle of my kitchen cabinetry, next to the dishwasher, thanks to my landlord who really should have stuck a cabinet door in front of it. Something solid like a mirror won't work, given the fact that the washer already sticks out a bit from the surrounding cabinetry. I'm thinking of an attractive appliance film of some kind, cut to allow for all the hills and valleys; maybe just a darker shade of metal would hide it. Any ideas?
If you put other stainless steel items in your kitchen, like the face of the dishwasher, the refrigerator, etc. Then the washer may not stick out as much. Also if you could paint the lower cabinets to either match or gray, that might help. Roxanne
